Who is it for?
- Companies with a finished design needing a site crew
- Brands building simultaneously in different cities
- Exhibitors shipping stand parts from abroad
- Projects wanting turnkey production and installation
Site management that brings the approved design to life on the exhibition floor — safely, on time and true to the technical file.

Exhibition stand installation requires the right crew, sequenced shipping and a site plan that follows the venue's working rules. We number production parts, set the assembly order and coordinate the electrical and graphics teams on the same schedule.
Pre-installation technical file checks, site handover, closing punch-list items and post-fair dismantling are all tracked by a single project manager.
Drawings, parts list, electrical plan and fair permits are reviewed.
Vehicles, loading order, entry passes and the site working window are set.
Structure, surfaces, electrics, print and furniture teams enter the site in sequence.
Final checks, cleaning, handover and post-fair dismantling are documented.
Installation can take from one day to several days depending on stand size. For crew and vehicle booking, plan at least 2–3 weeks before the fair.
If the technical project and parts list are suitable for execution, we can scope logistics, assembly and dismantling only.
A licensed electrical team, distribution plan and final connections can be added to the quote. The venue's power fees are assessed separately.
Technical support during the fair can be planned according to the project and location.
Send us your project details; let's define the design, production and installation scope together.
